Laughter is the best medicine and this weekend in Gros Morne is bound to be a time as Comedy at Woody Point gets underway tonight. Steve Patterson is back, for his 7 th year, in Gros Morne to host two nights of comedy shows with some very funny people. Laughter will flow from The Woody Point Heritage Theatre and echo over Bonne Bay. Comedy star Katie-Ellen Humphries says she grew up with comedy and a very funny family. She says her first comedy show was actually a competition. Humphries wanted to be a performer her whole life but became a marathon swimmer. Other comedy stars include Patrick Ledwell, Nigel Lawerence, and Arthur Simeon! Musical entertainment by the one and only, Louis McDonald Trio.
