As the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary marks their first day of policing in Massey Drive and Mt. Moriah, work is underway to expand the jurisdiction to communities in the Bay of Islands and Pasadena. Justice Minister John Hogan announced the west coast expansion last August. He says it does take time and resources.
