The city of Corner Brook is hosting their 4th town hall meeting this week and this one is targeted towards developers and contractors. It will take place Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the Hucthings Room at city hall and is also open to the public. On Bayfm with Lenny Benoit, Mayor Linda Chaisson spoke about the timeliness of this town hall session, given it’s the time of year people are looking for permits.
The Mayor says council will be at the table and they wanted to get this meeting in before the construction season starts. The city’s 5th town hall will likely happen in September in time for next year’s city budget.
