The Halfway Point man will be back in court today.
RCMP say 39 year-old James Boone is facing a long list of criminal charges after the death of a woman on March 31st. RCMP say this after an early morning crash on Route 450 in the south shore community.
38 year-old Melanie White was found dead by the time first responders were on the scene. Boone is also facing numerous charges on other matters and has remained in custody since his arrest.
