Police ask parents to talk to their children about what to do in such a situation
Harbour Grace RCMP are looking for a man in his thirties or forties driving a grey van and offering rides to youth, a male and a female. Police say both at different locations in Victoria and Carbonear but both on Monday at 2:30 and 5pm. RCMP remind parents to talk to their children about what they should do to protect themselves in such a situation.
