Bay of Islands Search & Rescue marking 40 years of service

    Everyone is invited to Margaret Bowater Park Sunday from 10am-2pm.

    The volunteers of BOISAR are hosting a celebration on Sunday to mark a milestone in searching and saving lives in this area. Spokesperson Krista Tarbett says it’s a great opportunity to come out and meet people. It gets underway 10 o'clock tomorrow at Margaret Bowater Tarbett says there will be free mooseburgers and cake. Bay of Islands Search and Rescue consists of 50 volunteer members.
