    Cst Derek Hayden says the best piece of advice for anyone is to be aware, slow down, take your time and don’t be in a panic.

    RCMP Traffic Services West wants everyone to have a happy halloween this evening. Cst Derek Hayden says the best piece of advice for anyone is to be aware, slow down, take your time and don’t be in a panic. Hayden says it’s important to have reflective tape or use glow sticks, and carry a flashlight. RCMP says treats should be checked by an adult before consuming.
