RNC now say gun shots fired in the capital city were a targeted attack. Police are looking for video footage from shortly after 11 o’clock Sunday night in the area of Elizabeth Avenue. RNC say officers and the K9 unit responded to an incident at a home on Portugal Cove Road. A vehicle in front of the home was damaged by bullets.
