The Honourable Gudie Hutchings and the Right Honourable Jean Chrétien will attend a ceremony to mark the occasion at the Discovery Centre in Woody Point at 2 pm on Sunday.
This is a special weekend for Gros Morne National Park. Parks Canada will celebrate its 50th anniversary with Indigenous partners, other partners, the surrounding enclave communities, and special guests, including the Honourable Gudie Hutchings and the Right Honourable Jean Chrétien.
