The Community Youth Network in Corner Brook is wrapping up a busy summer. It’s all about youth engagement, making connections with the community and giving youth an opportunity to participate in events. Program coordinator Miranda MacDonald says it was a busy summer and they hired 4 students. Jessie Holden and Haillie Layden were employed at CYN over the summer. Holden says his favourite event was music night and Layden says she liked kayaking the best. The CYN works with youth from ages 12-18.
