Changes in the MHA advertising and publication policy

    Section 6 of the Advertising Publication Policy for MHA’s will be amended to remove the restriction of messages of welcoming and congratulations in advertising to make it consistent with the provisions of member created publications.

    Some changes have been made dealing with what MHA’s can be reimbursed for when it comes to advertising and publications. The House of Assembly Management Commission met this morning and amended the policy, which has gathered discussion during past meetings. Chair Derek Bennett says congratulations messages can be sent in newsletters and costs will be reimbursed to the member. Section 6 of the Advertising Publication Policy for MHA’s will be amended to remove the restriction of messages of welcoming and congratulations in advertising to make it consistent with the provisions of member created publications.
