Cabinet shuffle in wake of Fisheries Minister Bragg's illness

    Bragg held the portfolio of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture which now goes to Elvis Loveless.

    Government shuffled the cabinet yesterday after an announcement by MHA Derrick Bragg concerning a health issue. Bragg held the portfolio of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture which now goes to Elvis Loveless. Paul Pike is now the Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development; the Status of Persons with Disabilities; the Community Sector; and the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation. Krista-Lynn Howell becomes Minister of Education and John Haggie is Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs and Registrar General. John Abbott takes the role of  Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure and Minister Responsible for the Public Procurement Agency.
