BayFM’s Dean Clarke will be boarding the cruise ship Zaandaam this morning for an invite only event at 11:30. This event is taking place on board the vessel to acknowledge the August 2nd inaugural call to the Port of Corner Brook. An official plaque ceremony will get underway at 11;30 this morning followed by a tour of the ship. This is Holland America’s cruise line's 150th anniversary. The Phoenix Reisen Amera docked for the first time in port Saturday carrying 835 passengers and 440 crew.
