There’s a parcel of land that’s up for auction in Corner Brook. It’s on the west side of Bayview Heights and is close to 20 thousand square feet. A reserve price of $40,000 has been set and bids must be received at city hall by June9th. An auction package can be obtained from the Land Management Division by emailing bduffy@cornerbrook.com or by calling 709 637-1544
