A news conference at the meeting of the Council of Atlantic Premiers that was supposed to happen today has now been cancelled due to scheduling constraints. The four Premiers, including Premier Furey, are meeting at Mill River, Prince Edward Island. They are there to discuss issues, especially the second carbon tax hike expected on July 1st.
