An arrest warrant has been issued for a Stephenville man who could be travelling across the province. Police say thirty three-year old Johnathan Thomas is wanted for being unlawfully at large after failing to comply with release orders. RCMP are concerned for his safety and say the family has said this is out of character for Thomas.
