An arrest warrant has been issued for 23-year-old Joshua Osbourne of Springdale in relation to a number of recent violent criminal offences. RCMP say he is also known to be in Baie Verte. Police say he is wanted in relation to charges of assault, assault causing bodily harm, uttering threats, and breach of a court order.
