The Green Transition Fund will start with a call for Expressions of Interest that will be released in the coming days.
Industry Minister Andrew Parsons announced details of a new Green Transition Fund as part of a commitment to position NL as a globally preferred location for green economic investment. He says it began during last year’s start up of the West White Rose Project when partners committed $100 million to establish the fund. Minister Parsons says there are three different areas of focus including rural, Indigenous, general or commercial. The Green Transition Fund will start with a call for Expressions of Interest that will be released in the coming days.
