A 78-year-old man who crashed his vehicle on Route 430 last Thursday is now facing charges. RCMP were called to Reef’s Harbour at around 3:15 am. A vehicle was located in a ditch and the driver was inside and appeared to be impaired. He failed to provide roadside breath samples, resisted arrest and assaulted one of the officers.
