    27-year-old charged with the death of an 82-year-old woman

    The woman was found dead in her home during March of last year and the medical examiner has ruled it a homicide.

    27-year-old Brandon Tobin of St. John’s has been charged with the death of an 82-year-old woman. RNC say he’s been charged with manslaughter after the woman died on March 16th, of last year. The woman was found dead in her home and the medical examiner has ruled it a homicide. Tobin is currently serving a sentence on an unrelated matter in Nova Scotia, and will be served with a summons to appear in NL Provincial Court.
