The woman was found dead in her home during March of last year and the medical examiner has ruled it a homicide.
27-year-old Brandon Tobin of St. John’s has been charged with the death of an 82-year-old woman. RNC say he’s been charged with manslaughter after the woman died on March 16th, of last year. Tobin is currently serving a sentence on an unrelated matter in Nova Scotia, and will be served with a summons to appear in NL Provincial Court.
