A new driver has his license suspended after being picked up by the RNC early Friday morning. Police say the 18 year old was located on the Trans Canada Highway just outside of Corner Brook just before 4:30 a.m. Just before that, police received a report of a possible impaired driver on University Drive. RNC say he had a blood alcohol concentration of greater than 50mg/100ml. The vehicle was seized and the teen’s drivers license is suspended for up to six months.
