    14 year old girl missing from St. john's since end of May

    RCMP say Melissa Morrel was last seen May31st in St.John’s. It was believed she may be hitchhiking to Port aux Basques.

    Police are still looking for a missing 14-year-old girl. RCMP say Melissa Morrel was last seen May31st in St.John’s. It was believed she may be hitchhiking to Port aux Basques. Now, a facebook page is also looking for her. The Searching for Missing People from NL group has updated their cover photo with a recent picture of Melissa Morrel. She is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 175 pounds, and was last seen wearing a plaid jacket, black shirt and gray pants, carrying a red wheeled hockey bag. Melissa was also seen getting in a white van. Anyone with information is asked to contact police or crimestoppers.
