Traffic stop near Bellburns results in charges against the passenger who was not supposed to be with the driver

A passenger was arrested by Port Saunders RCMP during a traffic stop on Wednesday. Cpl Jesse O’Donaghey says at around 1 p.m., police pulled the driver over on Route 430, just outside of Bellburns. The passenger was identified as 66-year-old Faron Trevor Bugden, who was under court orders not to have contact with the driver of the vehicle. Bugden has been charged with failure to comply with a release order.
