Music NL Week was last week , Joelle Sunshine and Jordan Harnum, the folk duo known as Ever Sweet were nominated for a couple of awards, including rising star of the year and traditional artist of the year. Their debut album Red Sky was released onboard the Adventure Canada Circumnavigation of Newfoundland & Labrador, sharing songs inspired by the province’s landscapes, heritage, and human connection. As they tour across Canada, their passion for Newfoundland’s stories and traditions shines through in every note. They are going to be live at the Hew & Draw in Corner Brook on Thursday night December 11. Tickets on sale now. Bay Fm's Dean Clarke recently had a conversation with Jordon Harnum by phone while he was on the road in British Columbia, he spoke a little more about the band.
