There’s a little event taking place in Corner Book this weekend that will take you back to the 50’s and 60’s….the Western Regional Hospital Foundation is gearing up for the annual gala tomorrow night, and this one is a “Retro Glam” Christmas gala. Executive Director Suzanne Carey tells Bayfm’s Lenny Benoit, there will be tinsel. For the first time in years, the gala has sold out and there is a waiting list for tickets. Carey says as always, it will be a wonderful night with food, an auction and entertainment. Carey says people can expect to see lots of glitter and sparkle at the gala tomorrow night at the Civic Centre.
