West coast crown land parcels available for agricultural use

    This includes land in Cormack, Deadwater Brook, Crabbes River, and Loch Lomond.

    Nearly 2000 acres of land on the west coast is now available for agricultural use. This includes land in Cormack, Deadwater Brook, Crabbes River, and Loch Lomond. Proposals submitted to government must include a five-year farm development plan, a commercial farm business plan, and a pasture management plan (where applicable). Successful applicants will be eligible to acquire a long-term Crown lands agriculture lease title.
