TCH traffic moving again after a jackknifed transport truck near Barachois Pond Park

    RCMP NL also advises that roads and highways in the Stephenville area are experiencing low visibility due to blowing snow and snow squalls.

    UPD ATE: Bay St. George RCMP advises that the TCH near Barachois Pond Park is clear and traffic is moving in both directions of travel.

    RCMP NL also advises that roads and highways in the Stephenville area are experiencing low visibility due to blowing snow and snow squalls. This is expected to last throughout the day. If you must travel, please drive with extreme caution and keep speeds low.

    EARLIER: Bay St. George RCMP are advising motorists that both lanes of the Trans Canada Highway near Barachois Pond Park are blocked. This is due to a jackknifed transport truck in the area. No other details are available at this time.
