A letter was published on social media late yesterday afternoon by the recently elected Mayor Bob Byrnes highlighting Tom’s profound legacy. He says his “commitment to public service was matched only by his success as a businessman, where he brought integrity, vision and a deep sense of community to every endeavor.”  Tom was a devoted husband to his wife Christine and a proud father to his daughters Natasha and Stephanie, and a loving grandfather.
