A tiny little train in Corner Brook that makes enough profit to cover expenses plus more, is testing out the roads. Mayor Jim Parsons says the famous red Mill Whistler will be back on the roads next Friday, June 27th. Meanwhile, he says they’re not having much luck finding a new train since emission standards are preventing it from getting through customs. Parsons says they sourced a good amount of parts and spent the winter getting the Mill Whistler ready and give it a day off each week for maintenance. He says the train has been a great addition to the city that makes everyone smile.
