Kin Greg Barnes says the variety show is one of the longest standing winter carnival events and Kinsmen had been involved for the past forty years.
Ten dollars for 10 entertainment acts is a great deal and it’s part of the Annual Kin Variety Show for Corner Brook Winter Carnival. It gets underway 7:30 Monday night at the Arts and Culture Centre. On Bayfm with Lenny Benoit, Kin members Greg Barnes and Cory Sheppard talked about who will be on stage.He says performers include students from Corner Brook Intermediate and Earl Hussey,, who is no stranger. Sheppard says they have a variety of entertainers including returning bands and guests from the Gary Bennett School of Music. Kacie Callahan and a special guest will perform as well as the Mill City Mavericks.
