The Child Death Review Committee makes recommendations to the Department of Education

    One is the Department ensure regular and meaningful updates to the Health curricula, in particular the Healthy Living 1200 course.

    The Child Death Review Committee has put forward recommendations for the Department of Education. One is the Department ensure regular and meaningful updates to the Health curricula, in particular the Healthy Living 1200 course. As well, the course Healthy Living 1200 be mandatory for all students and be updated every two years to ensure it remains relevant. This report has been forwarded to the Office of the Child and Youth Advocate.
