Regional Librarian Sandra Harnum says there was a good turnout last weekend but kids can still sign up for the summer reading program.
The TD summer reading club kicked off this past weekend at the Corner Brook Public Library. Regional Librarian Sandra Harnum says there was a good turnout but kids can still sign up for the summer reading program. She says everyone is invited to visit the library this Saturday for stories and crafts. Harnum says in order to avoid “summer slide” it’s important that kids keep reading during the break to keep from losing reading skills.
Once kids get their access code at the library they can go to tdsummereadingclub.ca to take part in activities.
