What started off as a regular Sunday morning preparing a family supper took an unexpected turn when Tracy Winsor’s husband noticed a news article about someone in the area winning $1 million online on a Lotto 6/49 ticket through the $1-million Gold Ball draw. Turns out she did buy a ticket and when she checked it, Tracy started to cry.
