All money raised will go to Vine Place to help fill the list of things they still need.
It’s time for “Stuff the Backpacks with Staples” for back to school today and everyone is invited to their Murphy Square parking lot. It takes place from 11 until 2 p.m. this afternoon and includes a barbecue with money raised going to the Vine Place Community Centre. Wendy Norton is the Manager of Staples and says it doesn’t cost a lot to make a difference. All money raised will go to Vine Place to help fill the list of things they still need. Good items to donate include duotangs, pencil leds, pens, pencils, crayons, coiled exercise books, rulers, and bookbags,
Bayfm’s Robyn Terry will be on site and businesses are challenged to donate for a chance to win a 1 month silver advertising package with your local radio station.
