The town of Steady Brook has received several direct inquiries regarding the town water and chlorine smell. The chloride levels are showing the correct reading, but it will take 24 to 48 hours for it to run through the system.
Also, the town is waving the noise regulations for a special event that is happening tomorrow. The Community Hall has been rented out for an event taking place until 2 a.m Sunday.
