The Sinking of the S.S. Effie gets underway Thursday at 6pm.
The talent continues in Cow Head as the annual Gros Morne Theatre Festival takes to the stage with some familiar plays and some fresh new performances. Board Vice-chair Jerry Etienne says it’s a combination of history and songs. Tonight and tomorrow there will be 2 shows. At 9 o’clock Stolen Sisters will get underway at the BMO Studio. Etienne says at 6, everyone is treated to Bingo Ladies at the Fortis Centre. The Sinking of the S.S. Effie gets underway Thursday at 6pm. Etienne says this play has been going for 26 years now.
