A 65-year-old Stephenville man is facing an impaired driving charges after a single vehicle crash Tuesday night near Black Duck Siding. Police located the uninjured driver at the scene, who showed signs of impairment and confirmed that he had been drinking. He failed a roadside breath test and then blew well over the limit at the detachment. The vehicle was seized by police and the man has a court date in February.
