St. John's RNC called out to a theft in progress, elsewhere, they arrest an 18-year-old without a license

    A 42-year-old man was found nearby and has been charged with theft, assault, mischief and breach of probation. 

    Around 12:20 yesterday afternoon, RNC were called out to a theft in progress at a business in the center city area of St. John’s. A 42-year-old man was found nearby and has been charged with theft, assault, mischief and breach of probation. 

    Shortly after 5:30 last evening St. John’s RNC arrested and charged an 18-year-old man after a traffic stop in the east end of the city. The  man was charged under the Highway Traffic Act for driving while suspended and operating a motor vehicle without valid insurance. The vehicle was impounded.
