Scott King arrested after shooting a man during a break in at a home in the Curling area last night

    Last night, the RNC found a man with a gunshot wound and he was taken to hospital but his injury is not believed to be life threatening.

    36-year old Scott King was arrested today after a break and enter in Corner Brook that involved a gun.  RNC were called to a disturbance on Parkwood Avenue around 11:30 last night. Police found a man with a gunshot wound and he was taken to hospital but his injury is not believed to be life threatening. King was arrested today and charged with assault causing bodily harm, assault with a weapon, aggravated assault, careless use of a firearm, possession of a firearm for a dangerous purpose, pointing a firearm, using a firearm in the commission of an offence, and breaking and entering.
