The RNC seized more than a dozen vehicles in the Corner Brook Region over a week-long period. This was for violations under the Highway Traffic Act. Cst Stephanie Myers says two of the vehicles were seized in Corner Brook. On Jan. 30th, police stopped a vehicle on Main Street and charged a 39-year-old man with impaired driving and for having open liquor. A traffic stop was also conducted on Poplar Road in the city last Tuesday (Feb. 3). The 35-year-old male driver was charged with impaired driving.
