A 59 year old man has been arrested after an assault at a home on Concord Avenue. RNC were called to a disturbance at a home shortly before 9:20pm. Saturday and charged the man with assault and uttering threats against another tenant of the home. Then, around 10 o’clock Saturday night, police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on West Street. They found a weapon inside and the 38 year old driver was charged with Possession of a prohibited weapon and released to appear in court at a later date.
