The RNC is looking for help in finding missing 13-year-old Payton Kirkpatrick. Police say the young girl was last seen in the Beaconsfield Junior High area near Waterford Bridge Road, St. John’s, NL, on October 6th. Payton Kirkpatrick is described as being 5’3, 115lbs, with long blonde hair.
