The vehicle was stopped on Humber Road.
Shortly before 1:30 this morning, RNC were on patrol in the West Street area and observed an erratic driver. The vehicle was stopped on Humber Road and as a result a 31 year old male driver has been charged with impaired. He has a court date in January.

UPDATE: Police have recovered a stolen Dodge Caravan from Deer Lake
The stolen vehicle has a Newfoundland and Labrador licence plate # HWN156.
