Fifty-seven-year-old Ricky Nelson Wareham has been charged with manslaughter in the shooting death of a 36 year old man in Little Burnt Bay. RCMP Corporal Jolene Garland says he was arrested Sunday and has been in custody since. Police were informed of the shooting around 9:15 p.m. Sunday night at a home on Maple Street. RCMP Major Crimes Unit and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner are involved in the investigation. Garland says the deceased and the arrested individual were actually related. Police are asking the public for information to try and determine a timeline leading up to the shooting.
