About twenty minutes later police stopped another vehicle on the same street where a 73-year-old man showed signs of alcohol impairment and blew above the limit. That afternoon, at around 2:30 p.m., police stopped a vehicle on Carolina Avenue. A 22-year-old man was driving without registration or insurance. About an hour later, police conducted a traffic stop on Woodland Drive in Stephenville. The driver, a 65-year-old Stephenville man, was operating without registration or insurance.
