Cpl Jesse O’Donaghey says police got a call shortly after 10:30 p.m saying Jamie Gillam, 28, was at the Marine Atlantic terminal, in violation of the conditions of his release order.
Channel-Port aux Basques RCMP arrested a repeat offender Sunday night at the Marine Atlantic Terminal. Cpl Jesse O’Donaghey says police got a call shortly after 10:30 p.m saying Jamie Gillam, 28, was at the Marine Atlantic terminal, in violation of the conditions of his release order. Police attended the terminal and located Gillam attempting to leave the province. He was arrested without incident and transported to the local detachment. Gillam was held in custody. He has been charged with one count of failure to comply with a release order.
