Premier Tony Wakeham will host New England Governors and Eastern Canadian Premiers at the 46th annual conference in St. John’s on Monday. (November 17th). Wakeham will be joined by co-chair Vermont Governor Phil Scott, along with Premiers of New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island, as well as Department of Energy Resources officials from Massachusetts and Maine.
Following discussions, a news conference will be held at the Sheraton Hotel at 2:00 p.m. NT to discuss the region’s collaboration.
New England Governors and Eastern Canadian Premiers Jurisdictions include Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Québec.
