Premier-designate Tony Wakeham announces transition team

    Denise Tubrett will serve as Chief of Staff, bringing a wealth of experience, including serving as Chief of Staff to the Leader of the Opposition, and senior roles in government.

    Premier-designate Tony Wakeham announced details of his team as the Progressive Conservatives get ready to transition into government. Denise Tubrett will serve as Chief of Staff, bringing a wealth of experience, including serving as Chief of Staff to the Leader of the Opposition, and senior roles in government. Other team members include former MHAs and Cabinet Ministers, ·Ross Wiseman and Darin King, former senior public-service executive and past recipient of a Public Service Award of Excellence,  Colleen Janes and former  Chief of Staff to various federal Ministers, as well as Principal Secretary to the Premier of New Brunswick, Steve Outhouse. This new Transition Team is now coordinating discussions with the public service, aligning priorities, and planning staffing. In the coming weeks, a cabinet will be named as well as a senior team.
