A 19-year old man was treated by paramedics for a knife wound after an incident at the Greenwood Inn.
Corner Brook RNC are still looking for anyone who might have information or video footage of a fight near the Greenwood Inn last night. Police were called to a fight in progress at the Greenwood Inn shortly before 11:30 last night. Cst James Cadigan says a 19-year old man was being treated by paramedics for a knife wound. He says two young men ran into the hotel lobby after being chased by two older men. One of them allegedly cut the victim’s forehead with a knife, and then both suspects fled on foot but not before one of them punched and broke the glass of the main entry. Anyone with video footage between City Hall and the Majestic Lawn from 11 to midnight last night is asked to contact police.
