The man exited the home, went to the back of the residence and was met by PSD Marlow and her handler.

Police Service Dog Marlow is taking a bite out of crime and is quickly becoming a top dog.  Harbour Grace RCMP were looking to arrest 38-year-old Joshua Hearn, who had been evading police since late last week on allegations of an assault with a weapon.  Cpl Jolene Garland says Information led police to a home in Harbour Grace Wednesday. “ Hearn exited the home, went to the back of the residence and was met by PSD Marlow and her handler.”

Garland says he was told he was under arrest but  tried again to get away. “He was informed of his arrest and fled from the team to the front of the residence,” she says. “Hearn was arrested without further incident and was taken into police custody.” Cpl Garland says some other handlers are saying Marlow is on a lucky street with recent arrests.
